FAQ
How XnR works, what it offers, and how to get started.
What is XnR Solutions?
XnR Solutions is a growth partner for technology companies. XnR helps companies create demand, get more from the customers and programs they already have, and add the people and capability needed to scale. XnR closes the gap between what a company wants to achieve and what it has in place to execute.
Who founded XnR?
XnR was founded by technology leaders who spent years opening markets, leading teams, building partnerships, and selling inside growing companies. They saw companies that knew their goals but lacked the experience, bandwidth, or capability to reach them, and built XnR to close that gap.
Where is XnR located?
XnR Solutions is based in Weston, Florida, and supports clients with local expertise across North America and Latin America.
What types of companies does XnR work with?
XnR works with technology companies, including technology services firms, that need to enter new markets, grow existing accounts, or add capability quickly. Past clients include NeuraFlash and Aquiva.
How is XnR different from a marketing agency or consulting firm?
XnR is run by operators who have led these functions themselves. Instead of handing over a strategy deck, XnR can advise your team, work alongside it, or step in and own the work. The goal is to build something your team can own and run, not to create dependence on XnR.
Services
What services does XnR offer?
XnR organizes its services around three growth challenges: Enter, Grow, and Scale. Enter creates demand and pipeline. Grow improves onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion with existing customers. Scale adds the leadership, specialists, and teams needed to deliver. Clients can start with one area and expand support as needs change.
How does XnR help companies enter a new market?
XnR helps companies decide where to play, build the right commercial motion, and run it. Support includes market and ICP analysis, positioning and messaging, go-to-market planning, embedded marketing leadership, demand generation and ABM, and content and campaign execution. XnR has also supported market entry with entity structuring, vendor strategy, compensation benchmarking, and regulatory support.
Does XnR run account-based marketing (ABM) programs?
Yes. XnR builds and runs focused ABM and demand generation programs that reach best-fit accounts and create qualified pipeline. This can include a company’s first ABM program for priority accounts, refining the ICP before an outbound push, and building programs the client can later run in-house.
Does XnR provide fractional marketing leadership?
Yes. XnR provides embedded and fractional marketing leadership for companies that need senior direction without hiring a full-time executive. In one engagement, XnR served as a client’s fractional Director of Marketing, building ABM, outbound, and content programs designed for the client to run in-house long term.
How does XnR help companies grow existing customers?
XnR helps companies get more from what they’ve already built by improving what happens after the sale. Services include onboarding and adoption, customer success and retention, lifecycle and nurture programs, presales support, account development, and marketing operations.
What does XnR’s marketing operations service include?
XnR’s marketing operations work improves the systems, processes, and reporting behind marketing programs. The aim is greater efficiency and better decision-making, so teams can see what is working and act on it.
Can XnR provide embedded teams or specialists?
Yes. XnR can embed fractional leaders, individual specialists, or full functional teams directly into a client’s business. This lets companies close a capability or capacity gap now instead of waiting months to hire and build a function internally.
Does XnR offer nearshore teams in Latin America?
Yes. XnR builds nearshore and onshore teams in the locations that best support a client’s business, with local expertise across North America and Latin America. For example, XnR helped NeuraFlash build a high-performing LATAM delivery hub.
Does XnR help with recruiting and hiring?
Yes. XnR recruits for roles clients are ready to bring in-house. Companies can also start with XnR’s embedded support and transition the work to internal hires over time.
Can XnR support finance, HR, and operations functions?
Yes. Through its enterprise operations work, XnR has delivered finance functions covering bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll accounting, AP/AR, and reporting. XnR has also supported HR workstreams including payroll, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and workplace safety, so clients can support local employees without building a local HR team.
Working with XnR
How does an engagement with XnR work?
XnR offers three levels of support: senior guidance, hands-on execution, and embedded support. Senior guidance gives your leaders experienced direction. Hands-on execution means XnR builds and runs the work alongside your team. Embedded support places XnR leaders, specialists, or full teams inside your business.
What happens when a company starts working with XnR?
XnR follows four steps. First, XnR learns what you want to accomplish, what is in the way, and what you already have. Second, you agree on where XnR can have the most impact and at what level of involvement. Third, XnR plugs into your team and starts the work. Fourth, the engagement adjusts as priorities and internal teams change.
Can an XnR engagement change over time?
Yes. Clients might start with senior guidance and later ask XnR to take on execution, or start with embedded support and transition the work to internal hires. Engagements adjust as priorities, capacity, or internal teams change instead of staying tied to how they began.
Will XnR’s senior people do the work?
Yes. The people setting direction at XnR have done the work themselves, and senior people stay close to the work throughout the engagement. XnR works side by side with your team and stays grounded in how your business operates.
How much does XnR cost?
XnR scopes each engagement to the level of support and the work involved, so pricing varies. Contact XnR at info@xnrsolutions.com to discuss what you are trying to accomplish.
How do I get started with XnR?
Email info@xnrsolutions.com, connect with XnR on LinkedIn, or submit the contact form at xnrsolutions.com/contact with a short note about what you are working on. XnR will follow up to map out what it would take to reach your goal.
Fit and results
When should a company bring in XnR?
Companies bring in XnR when they know what they want to achieve but lack the experience, bandwidth, or capability to get there. Common situations include launching in a new region, reworking positioning that isn’t landing, running a first ABM program, reducing onboarding friction, adding a fractional leader, or standing up a nearshore delivery team.
Is a fractional leader better than a full-time hire?
A fractional leader from XnR fills a senior gap without the time and fixed cost of a full-time executive hire. It works well during growth or change, or before a company is ready to hire permanently. XnR can later recruit for the full-time role and hand the function over.
What results has XnR delivered for clients?
XnR has helped a client establish operations in a new country, delivered a finance function across nine workstreams, supported local employees across eight HR workstreams, and served as a fractional Director of Marketing. NeuraFlash used XnR to expand into a new global region and build its team. Full examples are on the XnR Proof page.
Will my team be able to run the work after XnR?
Yes, that is the goal. XnR designs engagements to leave your team stronger, building programs and functions your team can own and run long term rather than depending on XnR.
